Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at a local motel in Kampala, I found the blend of traditional and modern elements to be noteworthy. The comfortable single room featured an attached bathroom, wifi, and a delightful balcony that offered a refreshing breeze-a welcome touch after a day of exploration. The breakfast spread was satisfactorily fresh, complemented by excellent coffee, perfect for kickstarting a busy day. I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility, indicative of the staff's dedication to maintaining a welcoming environment. There was a bar available, although I did not take advantage of it during my stay. One remarkable aspect was the staff's availability; they were approachable and willing to assist. In particular, the receptionist on the morning of March 27 was notably helpful in providing directions. While I did encounter some challenges with staff training, my overall experience allowed me to connect with the local community, especially when playing with local children nearby. This cultural immersion is something I deeply value as an archaeologist.
